We continue to have Bounce at the Bell every Monday and Tuesday morning. The students have been given the opportunity to lead a session if they choose a song and prepare movements to get us all warmed up. As always, parents are welcome to join us too!
Jogging club has begun and we expect to complete 3 runs per week. Students earn ribbons upon reaching milestones.
Dance through the ages and track kicks our third term off in P.E. In addition to the dance and track we will work on endurance, stamina, strength and flexibility through various cardio, plyometric exercises.
I expect all students to participate and be prepared wearing proper attire and proper running shoes. There will be days where we will go outside rain or shine, with the exception of inclement weather.
